Villa Friuli Karst is a modern and spacious villa located in the village of Komen on the edge of the karst plateau in Slovenia. The villa has a modern and elegant design and large windows that offer a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. Inside there are several bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor terrace with a dining area and barbecue. The villa is suitable for accommodating a large group of guests and is a popular choice for holidays, celebrations and business events.

Villa Friuli contains four bedrooms with two beds, 4 extra beds and 3 bathrooms. In addition, the villa offers modern additional equipment such as a swimming pool, sauna, bowling alley, brick grill, cable TV and free Wi-Fi access. Equipped bicycles are also available if you want to explore the area.

The villa is located on top of a hill in the village Sela on the Karst, very close to the border with Italy. The nearest shopping center is the Italian Tržič (Monfalcone). The medieval village of Štanjel is only a fifteen-minute drive away, and towards the sea there is a view of the Gulf of Trieste (6 km) with the popular excursion destinations of Miramare Castle and Devino, where the castle building stands on a high cliff above the sea.

The villa is surrounded by nature, which guarantees you peace and relaxation, and at the same time offers many opportunities for recreation and entertainment in the surrounding area. You can explore the local villages and vineyards with the bicycles available at the villa.

The villa offers the possibility of renting a sailboat for a full day of sailing in the Bay of Trieste or Piran, with or without a navigator. The caretaker of the village can also arrange wine tastings at a local winery or at nearby winemakers and prosciutto producers.

Nearby areas such as Vipava Valley or Goriška Brda are worth a visit for food, drink and cultural attractions. A culinary trip can also be enriched by a visit to one of the nearby karst caves.
